Mr. Van Schaik, a Dutch citizen, is a true international with "home countries" in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada and Singapore. He speaks multiple languages (English, German / Swiss, Dutch, Spanish, basic French) and travelled extensively throughout the world (80+ countries on all continents). Mr. Van Schaik is specialised in HR Talent Management. He did his first Succession Planning Software implementation in 1995 (HRSoft) and is herewith one of the - still active - pioneers of the industry. He initially consulted customers in Switzerland and acted as the General Sales Manager for HRSoft in Canada. From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Van Schaik was responsible for different customer accounts in Switzerland and Western-Europe. His personal, technical and functional background makes him a very Senior partner when it comes to HR processes and Information Technology. He can accommodate the conversation to the knowledge and experience level of the partner.
