History

	This software was initially developed by HRSoft, a US-American company based in Morristown, NJ, and called "ExecuTRACK". During the years 1983-1996 it moved from a DOS-platform to Microsoft Access, Client/Server and onto a Web-platform where it currently resides and really makes most sense.
	The ExecuTRACK-product changed hands and since early 2002 the product was continued by a Swiss/German company called "ExecuTRACK AG/GmbH".  This company was very successful and delivered it services to customers worldwide.
	As per January 1st 2007 ExecuTRACK AG/GmbH was purchased by StepStone ASA who already owned iGrasp and EasyCruit for e-Recruiting. The StepStone Solutions department now holds a "Total Talent Management" software suite serving many of the Fortune 500 companies. End of 2009 Axel Springer purchased StepStone ASA (software and on-line divisions) and a little later HgCapital took over the software division StepStone Solutions.
	As per May 2011 StepStone Solutions was re-branded as Lumesse.

Experience

Mr. Paul van Schaik has worked with ExecuTRACK / ETWeb software since 1995 and seen most versions. He developed on MS Access and acted as a General Manager for HRSoft in Canada. His latest permanent assignment was Project Manager / Sr. Consultant / Sr. Developer in the Swiss branche being responsible for several accounts (planning, development, support). From 2010 to 2011 he worked on contract basis for the Oslo (Norway), Singapore and Shanghai (China) branches for software consulting and training of colleagues (consultant and sales).

Mr. Van Schaik has a thorough knowledge of the HR Processes and the Technology that supports it (ETWeb 9, ETWeb 10). He has implemented many solutions for customers in Switzerland and surrounding countries.
